# Can I return several orders at the same time?

When returning items from different orders, we encourage you to **make a single return** for all the items concerned.  
  
This ensures that your **returns are processed more quickly** and reduces the environmental impact of returning an order.  
  
**To do this :**  
  
1. We invite you to follow the procedure for making a return with one of your order numbers and email address, and let yourself be guided.

* Please lodge your return or exchange request via our [Returns Portal](https://kersun.ezireturns.com/)

* The cost of return postage in the US is a fixed cost of USD$9.
  
2. You can then return all the items in a single parcel. (To make it easier, you can also indicate the other order numbers involved in the return in your parcel).
