How can I return my order?
For all the customers in the US:
To make your return, take your order number (in the subject line of the order confirmation e-mail), your e-mail address and your zip code and enter them on this portal: https://kersun.ezireturns.com/ then follow the instructions.
You can choose the USPS Ground option and enter your address to see nearby USPS locations. The cost of return is fixed and limited to USD$9.
If no USPS locations are displayed when creating a label, this may mean that there is no drop-off location available within a 15 to 20 km radius of the address indicated. In this case, we recommend that you use the Self Post option. You can then print the Self Post Label and Return Form and the cost of delivery is at your charge.
