How do I use a gift card?

Buying a KER SUN gift card

Buying a KER SUN gift card is the same as buying any other item on the website. The amount of the gift card varies according to your choice, among four amounts: 25€, 50€, 100€, 200€. You can buy several at the same time for a more personalized amount.

Once the card has been ordered, you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail.

You will receive a second e-mail containing a digital gift card (with a unique code, the value of which you can apply at the time of payment) as soon as we have received payment for it.

We recommend that you keep the e-mail containing the digital gift card until the balance on the card has reached 0€.

Using and paying with a KER SUN gift card

Once you have received the e-mail containing your gift card, simply click on the "Display gift card" button to access the information on the card:

• A code, corresponding to the discount code to be entered when paying for your order in the "discount code or gift card" field.

• An amount, corresponding to the amount available on your gift card.

• A date, corresponding to the expiry date of your gift card.

A gift card can be spent on several orders. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which may include taxes and shipping costs.
