# Can I change my customer account email address?

To change the email address associated with your customer account or order, please contact us by email at bonjour@ker-sun.com. For security reasons, if the change is not just a typo, we will ask you for proof of identity.

Tell us the new email address you wish to enter and we'll make the change for you. 

Unfortunately, it's not possible to make the change yourself.
