How can I delete my customer account and personal data?

To delete your customer account and your personal data from our website, please contact us by email at bonjour@ker-sun.com to inform us of your request. We guarantee a reply within 24 hours to confirm that your request has been taken into account.

Please note that we are unable to delete your personal data if you have placed an order within the last six months (180 days), in the event of a chargeback. If an erasure request is submitted within this period, it will remain pending until the required time has elapsed. Once this mandatory period has elapsed, we will be able to finalize the deletion request. There is therefore no need to renew your request.
