# How to track my parcel ?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email from KER SUN with confirmation of dispatch. This will contain the tracking number for your parcel.  
Click on it or go to the carrier's website and look for the parcel tracking option. You should be able to enter the tracking number in a dedicated form to obtain information on the location and current status of your parcel.  
  
If you have any difficulties, the carrier's customer service will also be able to help you locate your parcel.
