# What do I do if I no longer wish to receive the newsletter?

To stop receiving newsletters, you can click on the **"Unsubscribe "** button at the bottom of every e-mail you receive from us. Click on this button, follow the instructions and confirm your unsubscription.

If you continue to receive newsletters despite unsubscribing, you can contact our customer service department directly. We will investigate why the operation was unsuccessful and unsubscribe you.
