# What should I do if I can't connect to my customer account?

If you have problems logging in to your customer area, there are several things you can do to check: 

* Check that you are using the correct login details (correct email address).

* If so, you can check that the e-mail containing the 6-digit code is not in your "spam" box, or search for KER SUN in the search bar of your mailbox. 

* You can also try changing your browser. 

If the problem persists, you can contact the site's customer support for help.
