We offer the shipping label for €5 for returns from :
Sweden
Denmark
To obtain a free returns label (or €5 returns label for the countries concerned), please follow our returns procedure, which you can find here.
IMPORTANT: If return transport costs have been paid because you made your return without downloading one of our labels, these will not be reimbursed.
For other countries, the return is the responsibility of the customer. The parcel can be returned to us using the carrier of your choice.
