Are the shipping costs for my return free?
We offer free return transport for all returns from :
- Metropolitan France
- Belgium
- Austria
- Luxembourg
- The Netherlands
- Spain
- Italy
- Sweden
- Denmark
- United Kingdom
To obtain a free returns label, please follow our returns procedure, which you can find here.
UK customers, please contact our customer service directly by email bonjour@ker-sun.com in order to obtain a free return label as it will be created manually.
IMPORTANT: If return transport costs have been paid because you made your return without downloading one of our labels, these will not be reimbursed.
For other countries, the return is either the responsibility of the customer or we will ask for a small contribution fee. The contribution fee will be deducted from the amount that we refund you.
The parcel can be returned to us using the carrier of your choice or by using one of our labels if you have received one.
