I was not available when the carrier tried to deliver my order. What should I do?

Often, the carrier will leave a delivery notice (in the letterbox, by text message or by email) with instructions on how to proceed. Check it to see if they have left information about a possible reshipment or how to reschedule delivery.
Some carriers offer the option of collecting the parcel from a relay point.

Make sure you deal with the situation quickly, as carriers often have limited time to organise a new delivery before the parcel is returned to us.
