What are the return conditions?

We will provide a full refund for all returned products if they meet the eligibility conditions below.

Conditions of eligibility for returns :

1. Items returned must be in new condition with tags still attached. No exceptions.
2. You must have received the order less than 15 days ago to request a return.
3. You didn't pay for the return

Please be aware that we apply a small return fee for the return from some countries. The fee will be deducted from the amount that we will refund you. You can find all the information here.

Items may be tried on without removing the tags.

Items tried on for size are not considered worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it shows damage or for hygiene reasons.
