What should I do if my parcel is marked delivered but I haven't received anything?
Sometimes carriers leave parcels with a neighbour. Check around your home, in your letterbox, or ask your friends or neighbours if they have received it by mistake.
Check your order confirmation emails to make sure that the address you gave when you placed your order is correct. It can happen that address errors result in deliveries to incorrect locations.
