How do I know if my order has been shipped ?
You can either check your inbox to see if you have received a shipment confirmation email from KER SUN. To find our emails, type KER SUN in the search bar of your mailbox.
Alternatively, you can log in to your customer account. You should be able to find information about the status of your order, including whether it has been shipped.
If you can't find shipping information for your order, it probably hasn't been shipped. If you find the delay unusually long, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will check the status of your order.
